Microsoft Company Portal Information
Overview
The Microsoft Company Portal enables team members (TMs) to install approved programs without the need of requesting assistance from the IT department. Additionally, the company portal can receive updates to your installed programs automatically so long as the device is connected daily via internet connection.
This will be available on your new Intune laptop once signed in.
Using the Company Portal
Start by going to your Windows search bar and type "company portal."

Once you have found the company portal, please open it. The home page will show you available software you can install by yourself. It also displays the last time your device was synced to Intune.

To ensure you have the most recent security and software updates, you can sync your Windows 11 device by clicking on the bottom your company portal and select settings. Once settings has been selected, you will see the sync option. Select Sync and your device will connect to Intune to receive all available updates. Your device will automatically sync daily, so long as it has an internet connection.
