Freshstatus - Signup For Alerts

Middlesex uses http://status.middlesexco.com to alert on service issues and planned maintenance. To sign up for service notifications, follow the instructions below.

Go to http://status.middlesexco.com/
Click the Subscribe button at the top right.
Enter your Middlesex email address and click Next (this service is available to Middlesex accounts only).
In the Select Services window, uncheck any services for which you would not like to receive service notifications.
Click Subscribe.
If you are sent back to the login screen, click on the "microsoftonline" button to log in with your Middlesex email.
You will receive an email from Freshstatus to verify your account. Please select the option "Yes, this is my email" to ensure you receive all future messages.
